The location of the hotel was not convenient and required a long walk or a taxi ride to get to the city center. the elevators were rickety and slow, making it difficult to access the upper floors.

The hotel's location is great, with the popular night market, Palladium and Platinum mall within a walkable distance. the staff at the reception is friendly and speaks English well. the rooms are clean, come with basic amenities and have air-conditioning, TV, refrigerator and electric kettle. the staff is honest and helpful, helping guests book shows and navigate their way around.

Stairs leading to the upper floors are narrow and may not be suitable with big or bulky luggage.

Had a fantastic Christmas stay at this hotel! the staff were amazing and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. the location was perfect for us, right next to a bus stop and train station which made exploring the area so easy. We also loved the daily snacks provided in our room - a nice touch!

One thing that let this hotel down slightly was the smell in the hallways, not pleasant at times. the lift was also quite slow and a bit shaky, so we ended up using the stairs most of the time.
